to help us continue to scale our organization.

Our Sales Lead Development Representatives plays an important role in our growth and are responsible for connecting hiring managers with our Search Consultants/Practice Leaders. If you think you have what it takes to join our team, we want to hear from you!
- Running email marketing campaign sequence.
- Researching companies to id potential hiring managers and decision makers.
- Calling on companies to set up service presentation meeting.
- Managing and overcoming potential hiring manager / gate keepers objections.
- Scheduling appointment between Search Consultant and Hiring Managers.
- Accurately tracking all communications in CRM system.
- Working collaboratively with GRC's leadership to achieve goals.
- Experience with a track record of success in Inside Sales or Sales Development
- An energetic personality who communicates effectively and respectfully with customers over the phone and email
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Thrives in a team environment and treats everyone with the respect
