Executive Assistant

Energetic Executive Assistant wanted for a new position in San Juan. This position reports to the CEO and will be instrumental in getting the business running. This is a good position for someone that enjoys working on something new. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Calendar management and meeting plans
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Maintain various spreadsheets
  • Maintain meeting agendas and minutes
  • Storing, filling and organizing paperwork and electronic documents
  • Research on various topics and vendors 
  • CRM Management 
  • Preparing reports, memos, invoices, presentations and other documents
  • Light bookkeeping 
  • Light project management 
  • Errands and other tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work without supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or other administrative support experience
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Enjoys meeting deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changed environment
  • In-depth  understanding of office software (O365 or GSuite) - Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
  • University Degree 
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Professional level verbal and written English (Bilingual)
  • Organized person
  • Presents well in a professional environment to clients and business partners
