Equipment Fleet Analyst

Our client, is a Heavy Equipment & Construction Fleet company, and as their work with clients continues to expand, we’re looking for an individual to produce awesome work, foster a positive work environment, and skillfully manage projects.

The role of the Equipment Fleet Analyst within our organization is to analyze and monitor construction equipment fleet data such as costs, replacement schedules, and utilization. To then use this information to assist equipment division management in decision making and to modify or create standard processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:
+ Analyzes all facets of cost associated with owning and operating a fleet of construction equipment to determine things such as cost recovery rates, trends, and optimal replacement schedules.
+ Compiles information and results into visual reports and actionable information
+ Conduct cost studies and comparisons on various equipment and components
+ Assist with refining and streamlining equipment division processes, data gathering, and reports to continually improve efficiency, timeliness, and quality of information
+ Report and monitor equipment division KPI's and benchmarks
+ Ensures quality and accuracy of data and reports within equipment division
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
+ Accounting or Engineering degree or equivalent experience
+ Experience in handling and organizing large and complex spreadsheets/data
+ Self-starter, detail oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete work on schedule.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability and desire to collaborate and work as a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
