We are seeking for a Regional Account Manager to lead the overall sales and business development effort for the Electric Vehicle (EV) segment in Puerto Rico.
The Regional Account Manager must deliver excellent results and achieve quarterly goals for the site development team and the organization. The Regional Manager will be expected to develop an effective and cohesive team, aid in negotiation and strategy, ensure standards and procedures are met on a consistent basis, lead strategic business planning, and mentor and deliver feedback to members of the team. Candidates for this position must be strong managers, team players, excellent communicators, able to translate strategic themes into concrete action plans, provide consistent feedback to identify, prioritize, resource, and operationalize projects. The successful candidate will be people-focused, goal-motivated, adaptable in a start-up environment, strategic, nimble negotiator, and self-starter.
Develop a strong technical baseline through training and development milestones.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering and Customer Support.

Salary: $32,390.00 - $69,269.00 per year
