Job Title: Business Account Manager, B2B Sales

Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Account Manager, B2B Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for closing sales and winning new business within a defined territory. You will attend our award-winning training program and join a sales team that works with both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions, making employees’ lives better with high-quality benefits offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Work with the sales team to create and execute strategies that will increase sales
• Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends
• Monitor industry developments and customer feedback to stay up to date on customer needs and expectations
• Prepare and present sales presentations to prospects and clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HR field
• Proven results in closing sales and winning new business
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the HR industry and competitive landscape
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

A competitive compensation package is being offered, with a base salary ranging from $40,000 to $65,000, plus an unlimited commission potential. The best candidates are earning well over six-figure salaries.
